BAO TRIEU TRAINING WEEKEND 2000

With the Work Out Weekend 2000 on June, the 10th and the 11th, the Wushu-Society Bao Trieu / Blijd will continue a long tradition of work out weekends in the summer.

Like the last years again this weekend will be held in the Sport Complex BEA and the Chinese Garden of the Hortus in Haren. And there the weekend will be closed with some demonstrations for the public.

Purpose

This weekend will be organized in the framework of MAG (Martial Arts Groningen), a concept to stimulate the co-operation between the Martial Arts Schools in de city (and nation) in order to increase the quality and the quantity.

INSTRUCTORS

Yanlong Li
All-round Wushu practitioner from China. Participated in movies, and won a national title in China in 1980. Instructs in Wolfsburg, Germany since 1991.

Qiuping Lin
Winner of the national Taiji-title of China no less than 8 times; participated in various professional demoteams. Instructs in Wolfsburg, Germany since 1991.

Hongye Li
Graduated from Wunnan Wushu Academy; guest instructor at Bao Trieu. She is specialized in Taiji and modern Wushu for youth.

Sarah Maitimu
Taekwondo specialist, was member of the Demo Team of Henk Meijer and National team of Taekwondo Bond Nederland .

Mestre Gildo Val�
Capoeira teacher from the school Grupo de Capoeira Mercado Modelo. He teaches in Amsterdam and Alkmaar.

Rob Nelson
Specializes in MuayThai; represented the Netherlands in Thailand in 1999.

Ab Echteld
Former National coach of the KBN, instructor of Karate and Freefight. The driving power behind �Too Hot To Handle�; an agency which is organizing martial arts events.

Ronny Rivano
Multiple Dutch karate champion. Recently he fought 15 Mix- and Freefights, some of them in the Russian Cage.

Yanlong Li

Jie Kon Sieuw
A very experienced Sifu of the style Pak Mei Pai but also a very good Lion Dance trainer. This year his team became the European Champion in France.

• Members of various martial arts schools
• (Ex-) Patients of rehabilitations centre Beatrixoord
• NWF - Members & Guests
• Children younger than 12 yrs. are welcome on Sunday, after 12:00 a.m.
